While the Don Valley Stompers can pop up at various places in Town, as well as at their home base at Grossman's Tavern, their gig on January 12 2019 at the C'est What? tavern is their debut at that location.
Band leader Toby Hughes is no stranger to the basement pub at 67 Front Street East. He has a history of guesting with the Hot Five Jazzmakers who are resident there, alternate Saturdays. Toby has taken advantage of one of their silent Saturdays to present his own band.

3 to 6 pm.

Nat Edgar/piano
Gram Whitty/bass
Jackie Chia/trombone
Paul Brady/drums

You can also catch the DVS at Grossman's Tavern the evening before (January 11) from 9:30 pm to 1:00 am
